This production line can process chili pepper into powder flour or dired chili pepper flakes or drying it and sell to the market directly.

Semi automatic chili pepper drying process line

Key parts 

Suitable for small scale,  input like 50-1500kg per day. 

Can manually wash the chili pepper and cutting it into small pieces, then drying and grinding into powder. 

The main process as below: 

1. Fresh chili washing (Optional, can wash manually)

2. Chili drying 

3. Color sorting to get the good quality chili (small scale, can manually sorting)

4. Tail removal to remove the stem (small scale, can manually remove)

5. Dried chili grinding/shredding into powder/flakes 

6. Chili powder/flakes packing

The key parts of the small semi automatic chili pepper process line are the chili drying machine and grinding machine. 

Drying machine, we have heat pump batch oven dryer which use electricity to dry the chili. Also has gas/wood/coal/diesel/biomass pellet heating type oven dryer.

Gridning machine, its output size could be provide as per your specific request, usually for powder its finess 30-200mesh. 

Large scale continuous chili drying process line

Key parts

Suitable for big capacity, input 200-1500kg/h. 

Fully automatic production line, mainly include below parts: 

1. fresh chili washing machine 

2. air drying line to remove surface water 

3. chili pumching/cutting machine 

4. continuous mesh belt drying machine 

5. color sorting machine 

6. tail/stem removal machine 

7. grinding/shredding machine 

8. powder/flakes packing machine  

If the final product is powder/flakes only. 

Customer can firstly remove the tail/stem, then use color sorting machine select the good quality chili, after that washing it. 

Once wash the chili can cut it into small piecess, then can put it into the continuous drying machine to dry it, small pieces of chili will be more easy to be dired and consume less time. 

After the drying process grinding/shredding into powder/flakes then weighing and packing is ok. 

If the final product is complete dired chili and powder.

If the chili you are planning to process is half dried by the sunlight, then no need to wash it, just use drying machine and grinding machine is ok. 

If the moisture content after sunlight drying less than 13%, no need the drying process, just take the grinding/shredding machine and packing machine is ok.
