Working principle of drying machine
The heat pump dryer adopts the principle of reverse Carnot cycle. It absorbs low-temperature heat energy in the air, and becomes high-temperature heat energy after efficient heat collection and integration of the heat pump system, which is transported to the drying room to circulate heating and drying the materials, and the hot and humid air in the drying room is directly discharged to the outside of the drying room through the dehumidifier.
The material heat pump dryer can quickly remove the water in the material without affecting the original color, shape and nutrient content of the material. The material drying oven is equipped with a computer control system, which can realize automatic temperature control. The drying temperature range of the heat pump dryer is 20-80°C, and the materials suitable for drying are very wide, such as grains, edible fungi, medicines, seafood, bacon, fruits and vegetables, tobacco leaves, seeds, spices, etc.

FAQ
How to use the dryer machien to dry pepper:
1: pick pepper
Due to the different quality and maturity of pepper, unsuitable pepper should be selected before drying.
2: clean the pepper
To clean the surface dust of pepper, if the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional pepper cleaning machine.
3: Pepper punching or cutting
Poke some small holes in the peppers (green peppers need to be sliced) to shorten the drying time. If the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional pepper puncher.If you need to dry the whole pepper, you don't need this step.
4: Put the pepper on the tray
Spread the pepper evenly on the tray with a thickness of about 5 cm, and then put them in the drying oven.
5: Pepper drying
Set the temperature in the drying room to 65°C and the humidity to 10%. Dry for 6~8 hours to complete the pepper drying.
6: storage
The dried pepper will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of pepper.
