Working principle

1.The materials are soaked in the water and are subjected to thorough agitation by means of powerful blower to remove dust and such foreign particles.The water pressure sprays can be installed to rinse the products. 

2.When the materials into the water tank, they will be fully scattered, rolling, cleaning and transferring in under of high pressure water and strong flow.

3.The mud fall off from the surface of materials will into the bottom of the sink. It will not back flow that may cause pollution. 

4. The small weed, bug or other clutters in the water will collected by separation net. 

5. The cleaned materials will be sent out by net belt and spray cleaning. Then go the next step

1.Equipped with a bubble generator to make the objects roll over. High pressure air bubble and spraying water can wash off dirt, sands and other residues.

2.Equipped with VFD to better adjust the belt speed.

3.Equipped with separate filter tank and water recycling system.

4.Equipped with spraying section with clean water for twice washing. The objects are automatically conveyed to spraying section by the conveyor mesh belt
