Product Description

Grinding Machine 

A grinding mill is a highly versatile pulverizing equipment featuring dry continuous pulverizing, concentrated particle size distribution, continuously adjustable fineness, and a compact structure.

Working Principle: Lumpy materials are crushed to a desired particle size by a jaw crusher. A bucket elevator then vertically conveys the material to a storage hopper. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder then delivers the material in a constant, uniform, and continuous manner into the main unit for grinding. The ground fine powder is carried out by the airflow from the blower and classified by an analyzer positioned above the main unit. Fine powder meeting the required fineness is then conveyed by the airflow into a large cyclone separator. After separation, the powder is discharged through a discharge pipe as qualified product. Air flows through the return air duct at the top of the large cyclone separator and enters the blower inlet. The entire air delivery system operates in a closed loop under negative pressure.
