Product Description

All in one type dehydrator

Baixin supply 1P/3P all in one type heat pump oven dryer. 

Free installation, once you get the machine just connect electricity can start to operate the machine. 

Smart control panel can set up the drying temperature, drying time and humidity during drying process as per the materials' specific moisture content and drying conditions. 

Capacity range from 50kg - 500kg/batch. 

No. of trays range from 15 pieces to 90 pieces. 

Trays materail we supply food grade PVC and stainless steel. 

Suitable for 85% of mature food drying

Fruit drying: Apple, pear, apricots, banana, dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, strawbettry, plum...etc. 

Need to wash, peeling/slicing/pitting then can put the pretreatment fruits on the trays and do the dehydrate drying process. 

Meat drying: Fish, shrimp, beef, pork, lamb, chicken leg, chicken breast, chicken crop...etc. 

Vegetable: ginger, garlic, onion, potato, chili, pepper, carrots, turnip, cassava, white oion, cucumber, tomato, okra, leaf vegetable, eggplant...etc. 

Need to wash, cutting/slicing/ then can put the pretreatment vegetable on the trays and do the dehydrate drying process.

Nuts and seads: peanut, wheat, beans, corns, rice, sunflower seads, Walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, pecans, peanuts, melon seeds, chestnuts...etc.

Leafy material drying: Moringa leaf, tea leaf, mint leaves ...etc.

Other materials drying: cheese, pasta noodles, BSF, mealwarms, powder, chemical material, medicinal material, herbs...etc. 
 

Working principle:

Heat pump drying machine use the principle of inverse Carnot cycle. It absorbs low-temperature heat energy in the air, which becomes high-temperature heat energy after efficient heat collection and integration by the heat pump system, and is transported to the drying room for cyclic heating and drying of materials.It refers to exhausting the hot and humid air in the drying room directly to the outside of the drying room through dehumidification device, and then replenishing natural fresh air.
 
Hot air circle drying machine belongs to high temperature heat pump unit. Its working principle is: the working fluid of the heat pump is compressed by the compressor, becomes high temperature and high pressure gas, enters the condenser, condenses and liquefies the heat, and is used for air heating in the drying room. The moisture in the material is vaporized and evaporated by the form of hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the moisture discharge system, thereby achieving the purpose of drying the drying material.

Before delivery, we will check the machine make sure all the parts are put in the packing, no trays/wires missing. 

We will also check the conditions of the machine, make sure it is packed well and fully.
